Return Policy

We take great pride in 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, we've outlined the following guidelines to help make your return a smooth and seamless experience:

  • You may return your unused item in its original condition and packaging within 5 days of receipt.
  • Please contact Dejavu at customerservice@artgallerydejavu.com to request a return.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs with a tracking number. Returns without tracking may not be refunded.
  • Because refunds will not be issued in full for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received, we highly recommend that you insure all return shipments and provide Dejavu with the shipment tracking number.
  • Once Dejavu receives the item, it will be inspected. If found to be unusable, Dejavu may reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund amount.
  • Poorly repacked items that arrive damaged may be refused by Dejavu and not refunded.
  • A restocking fee of 20 % will be charged

Damage Policy

  • All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely and notify us of any damage or defect within 3 days for a refund or exchange.
  • Please supply proof of damage or defect with a photograph of the package and/or product.


Your purchase is covered by our 100% money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund within 30 days. We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and enjoy displaying our artwork. This warranty does not apply to personally authographed pieces, nor to pieces which were altered or modified in any way. Your must be in like-new condition when we receive it. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
