We take great pride in 100% customer satisfaction. We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and enjoy displaying our artwork. If for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, we've outlined the following guidelines to help make your return a smooth and seamless experience:
- You may return your Artwork in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.
- Please contact Dejavu at email@example.com to request a return.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs with a tracking number. Returns without tracking may not be refunded.
- Because refunds will not be issued in full for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received, we highly recommend that you insure all return shipments and provide Dejavu with the shipment tracking number.
- Once Dejavu receives the item, it will be inspected. If found to be damaged, Dejavu may reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund amount.
- Poorly repacked items that arrive damaged may be refused by Dejavu and not refunded.
- This warranty does not apply to pieces which were altered or modified in any way.
- A restocking fee of 20 % will be charged
- All Artworks are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive them in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely and notify us of any damage or defect within 2 days for a refund or exchange.
- Please supply proof of damage or defect with a photograph of the package and/or product.
